Add an offer

To create an offer:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Access the ‘Offers’ tab: Navigate to the ‘Offers’ tab in the left sidebar.
  3. Add an offer: Click ‘+ Add offer’ on the right-hand side of the page. Complete the fields in the sidebar. It’s essential to include the name of your offer (e.g. ‘25% off newsubscriptions’ ). You can also include a description, discount code and/or URL. We recommend that you include the terms and conditions of your offer either by entering the text directly or linking to a URL containing your terms and conditions.
  4. Upload an image: It’s essential to upload an image to accompany your offer. We recommend a graphic of 1080x1080 pixels in PNG or JPEG format.
  5. Set as featured: If your package includes a featured offer, you can set an offer as featured during this stage using the toggle under the ‘Featured’ heading.
  6. Save changes: Once you’re happy with your offer listing, click ‘Save’ to publish it in the event app.
