Upgrade your package
Depending on the event, you may be able to upgrade your exhibitor package to unlock additional features that enhance your visibility within the event app and provide extra functionality. To explore available package options and upgrade:
- Log in to your account
- Access the ‘Company Profile’ tab: By default, this will be the page you arrive on as soon as you log in to your account. If you have more than one stand at the show, you’ll need to select the profile you want to manage. If you’re already logged in and have navigated elsewhere, click on the ‘Company Profile’ tab in the left sidebar.
- View upgrade options: Navigate to the ‘Overview’ section - you can see the name of your current package under the ‘Your Package’ heading. If an upgrade is available, there will be a banner below - click ‘Upgrade’ to access information about the upgrades available for the show you’re participating in.
- Upgrade your package: Select the package you want by clicking ‘Select’ , then indicate that you accept the terms and conditions by clicking the checkbox, and click ‘Continue’. You will be redirected to a page where you can make payment. Once you’ve completed payment, your package will be applied to your account immediately.
