Access your account

To begin using the Exhibitor Portal, you’ll need to access your account. To log in:

  1. Visit your portal page: Access your account via the URL provided by the organiser of the show you’re participating in. If you can’t remember what this is, please reach out to the event organiser directly, or email support@sitka.co.uk and include the name of the show you’re participating in.
  2. Log in: Enter your email address and click ‘Send Login Link’. A one-time access link will be sent to you via email. Check your inbox to find it and click the link to access your account. Alternatively, if you’ve already accessed your account and set up a password, you can select ‘Use Password.’ Enter your password, and click ‘Log In’.
