Manage and export your leads
You can manage and review your scanned leads in both the event app and in the Exhibitor Portal and export them to a CSV document for import into your CRM system.
In your exhibitor portal:
- Log in to your account
- View your leads: Navigate to the ‘Lead Management’ tab in the left sidebar, where you can see a list of all your leads. Click an individual lead to access detailed information, including notes and questionnaire form responses.
- Search for a lead: Click the search bar on the top right and type in the name of the person you’re looking for.
- Edit a lead: Click on the lead you want to update. A sidebar will appear showing their information. Make your edits in the available fields and click ‘Save’ to update. Depending on the event, some information, such as their name, job title and contact information, may be pulled from the user’s registration data and may not be editable.
- Update lead score: Click on the lead you want to update. In the sidebar that appears, click the star rating you want to give to the lead, and then click ‘Save’.
- Reassign a lead: If you need to reassign a lead to another team member, click on the lead you want to reassign, navigate to the ‘Assigned to’ section and click on the current owner's name, then click the name of the person you want to assign it to, and click ‘Save’.
- Export leads: On the ‘Lead Management’ page, click ‘Export’ on the top right to download a CSV file of your lead data, ready for import into your CRM system for post-event follow-up.
In the app:
- Log in to the mobile app
- Select your exhibitor profile: Tap the ‘user’ icon on the top left, then tap your name, then tap your business name - if you have more than one stand at the show, there may be multiple companies listed.
- View your leads: Tap on ‘Connections' in the side menu or the ‘Connections’ box on the homepage. Tap an individual lead to access detailed information, including notes and questionnaire form responses.
- Search for a lead: Tap the search bar at the top and type in the name of the person you’re looking for.
- Edit a lead: Tap on the lead you want to update, make edits in the available fields and click ‘Save’ to update. Depending on the event, some information, such as their name, job title and contact information, may be pulled from the user’s registration data and may not be editable.
- Update lead score: Tap on the lead you want to update, tap the 3 dots in the top right corner, then tap ‘Update Score’. In the overlay that appears, tap the star rating you want to give to the lead, and then tap ‘Update’.
- Reassign a lead: If you need to reassign a lead to another team member, tap on the lead you want to reassign, tap the 3 dots in the top right corner, then tap ‘Reassign’. A page will appear showing all of your team members. Tap the name of the person you want to transfer the lead to, then tap ‘Confirm’.
