Accept an appointment request

If you’ve turned off ‘auto-acceptance,’ follow these steps to accept an appointment request:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Access the ‘Appointments’ tab in the left sidebar.
  3. Click on the ‘Requests’ tab: (if you have any appointment requests, the tab will show the number of pending requests). Review the appointment details and click ‘Accept’ or ‘Reject’.
    • If you accept the appointment, it will show in your list of booked appointments and in the relevant team member’s schedule.
    • If you reject the appointment, it will be removed from your list and the requester will also be notified.
