Edit a form
To edit your custom form:
- Log in to your account
- Access the Custom questions: Navigate to the ‘Lead Management’ tab in the left sidebar, then click ‘Custom questions’.
- Add or edit a question: Click on the question to reveal a sidebar on the right-hand side containing the question details. Make your edits, and click ‘Save’. If you need to add a new question, scroll to the bottom of the form and click the type of data field you want to use. You can now complete the fields on the right-hand side - be sure to click ‘Save’ when you’re done.
- Reorder your questions: On the list of questions, simply click and drag each question into your desired order.
- Your form will now be updated: Once you’ve completed the steps above, your form will be updated for all of your team to use immediately. Any changes made to the form won't affect the data already captured.
