Manage booked appointments
Attendees will be able to book appointments via your company profile. To view and manage your appointments:
Via the portal:
- Log in to your account
- Access the ‘Appointments’ tab: Navigate to the ‘Appointments’ tab in the left sidebar.
- Select a team member: Click the dropdown to select a team member.
- View your booked appointments: All the time slots you have set availability for will be marked as grey blocks in the timeline if an appointment hasn’t been booked yet. If somebody books an appointment, these blocks will turn blue. Click on the blue time slot to access details of an appointment, including the name of the person who booked the appointment and any message they may have included when booking.
- Rearrange or cancel an appointment: If you need to rearrange or cancel a booked
appointment, click the pencil icon in the top right corner.
- To rearrange: Update the appointment time or duration, and click ‘Save’.
- To cancel: Click ‘Cancel Appointment’.
- The person who booked the appointment will receive a notification to inform them of the changes, and their schedule will update automatically. Your team member’s schedule in the app will also be updated.
