Company profile
Your company profile is your digital storefront within the event’s mobile app. To set up your company profile:
- Log in to your account
- Access the ‘Company Profile’ tab: By default, this will be the page you arrive on as soon as you log in to your account. If you have more than one stand at the show, you’ll need to select the profile you want to manage. If you’re already logged in and have navigated elsewhere, simply click on the ‘Company Profile’ tab in the left sidebar.
- Add or edit your company name and bio:* Navigate to the ‘Overview’ section and click the pencil icon in the top right corner. Here, you will be able to edit your company name and description that is displayed in the app.
- Upload or change your logo:* Navigate to the ‘Company Logo’ section and click ‘Upload Image’ to upload your logo in JPEG or PNG format. We recommend that you use image dimensions of 1080×1080 pixels. Your logo will save automatically.
- Add or edit your contact details* : Navigate to the ‘Contact Info’ section, click the pencil icon in the top right corner, and complete the fields in the right-hand sidebar. You can manage whether or not contact details are displayed on your profile using the ‘Show Contact Info’ toggle. Once you’ve completed these steps, click ‘Save’.
- Add or edit your social media links:* Navigate to the ‘Social Media Profiles’ section, click the pencil icon in the top right corner, and complete the fields in the right-hand sidebar to add or edit your social media links. Once you’ve completed these steps, click ‘Save’.
- Add a video: Navigate to the ‘YouTube Video’ section, click the pencil icon in the top right corner, add your video URL to the field in the sidebar, and click ‘Save’. Your video will now be embedded on your company profile in the event app.

*Depending on the event, some company information and/or your logo may be pulled via an external source and may not be editable directly within the portal. If this is the case, please refer to the platform where you initially set up your company profile or reach out to the event organiser for support.
