Edit availability for appointments

To edit your team’s availability:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Access the ‘Appointments’ tab: Navigate to the ‘Appointments’ tab in the left sidebar.
  3. Select a team member: Click the dropdown to select a team member.
  4. Select an appointment: Time slots you have set as available will be marked as grey blocks in the timeline, whilst those that were set as unavailable will appear blank. Click on the time slot you wish to edit. A sidebar will appear that shows the details of the appointment slot.
  5. Edit the time slot: If you’re editing a time slot that was previously set as available, click the pencil icon alongside the date on the top right to begin making edits. If you’re setting availability for a time slot you previously marked as unavailable, a sidebar will appear allowing you to create a new appointment slot.
  6. Save changes: After editing your new or existing appointment slot, click ‘Save’ to publish your updates.
